The 2018 maximum rate for rent increase has been set at 4%.
On the Resources page, at paragraph 6, you will find a link to a chart showing all the Maximum Allowable Rent Increases from 2004 and including 2018.
Please be advised that the Government has set the maximum increase for rents that take effect in 2017 on your rental agreement anniversary date to the following: 1.7% inflation rate PLUS 2% bonus for landlords, for a total of 3.7%. THIS INCREASE IS NOT DISPUTABLE.
